From Doer to Developer: 6-Week Leadership Series

This practical 6-week leadership series is designed for new and emerging leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Many professionals step into leadership roles without formal training. As expectations shift, leaders often find themselves responsible for solving problems, managing team dynamics, and navigating difficult conversations without a clear framework.

Led by Deb Olejownik of Coaching with Heart, this series focuses on helping leaders move from doing the work themselves to developing others who can take ownership, think independently, and grow within their roles.

Throughout the series, participants will learn a simple, practical coaching framework and how to:

• Build accountability without micromanaging
• Lead more effective conversations with their team
• Turn everyday work into development opportunities
• Create structure and rhythm in their leadership approach

Each 90-minute session includes guided instruction, real-world scenarios, discussion, and hands-on application, along with weekly fieldwork to reinforce learning between sessions.

By the end of the series, participants will walk away with practical tools they can immediately apply, including a personal coaching script, an employee development plan, and a 90-day leadership plan.
